Pankaj is a practicing chartered accountant since 1986 and is currently managing a staff of 40 qualified and semi qualified professionals. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 30+ years of multifaceted experience in various diverse domains. He has good expertise in auditing, budgeting & MIS reporting and tax compliance pertaining to indirect taxation.
He is currently the life member of the Sales Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra, apart from holding several key positions in the past. He was a member of the Managing Committee of The Sales Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra during 2002-2003, Convener of Diary Committee for 2003-2004 and managing committee member of the Thane Tax Practitioners Association. Apart from that, he was the chairman of the Thane Branch of WIRC of ICAI, as well as the president of Rotary Club and The Sales Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra. In recognition to his exceptional services, he also received the best Convener award for 2002-2003 and has been a great orator, having delivered several lectures on various topics including taxation and budgeting.
Ashit is a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India and is currently Senior Partner, heading Indirect Tax Division of – Shah & Savla LLP, a Chartered Accountancy firm having location in Mumbai as well as Kochi. His key area of practice is indirect taxation and had a rich experience of 2 decades.
Presently, he is also the visiting faculty at the Regional Institute of Comptroller & Accounting General of India, Mumbai, apart from providing training on Indirect Taxes viz. Service tax and VAT & GST to corporates. Earlier, he held several key positions such as convener of GST committee of The Sales Tax Practitioner’s Association of Maharashtra as well as the member of the Indirect Tax Committee of WIRC – ICAI for 2016 – 2017. With a penchant in teaching, he also delivered lecturers on taxation at various professional bodies including the study circles & various branches of WIRC of ICAI, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Chamber of Tax Consultants, All India Federation of Tax Practitioner and The Sales Tax Practitioners’ Association of Maharashtra. He is also one of the contributors to Referencer on Indirect Taxes every year, published by The Sales Tax Practitioner’s Association of Maharashtra , apart from regularly contributing articles for various monthly magazines, run by several renowned professional bodies.
Dr. Raveendran is a management graduate and a doctorate in risk management & insurance from Prescott University, UK. He is also a Certified Risk Manager and Business continuity planner, apart from holding certification from the Real-World Risk Institute, New York. He has co-founded ALEgION in 2000 and has been successfully running a risk consulting practice since its inception. Apart from that, he is also a liability insurance claim consultant, offering advice in large scale third party complex legal liability and insurance matters with full range of services including litigation strategy, claims counseling, liability mediation, settlement negotiation, arbitrations and all phases of litigation.
Dr. Raveendran is a multi-faceted professional with experience spanning across key business domains – 5 yeas in advertising, 9 years in international marketing and 17 years in insurance & risk management. During his professional tenure, he has handled several key assignments on operational risk exposures for various industries including advising corporates on running those exposures. He is currently an active member of the Economic Affairs and Taxation Committee (Southern Region) of CII.
During his illustrious career, he had several accomplishments and awards to his credit. He had won the Innovation in Insurance distribution and Gold Star award for CSR achievements for the year 2013. Apart from that, he had created an assessment tool (assessing the capabilities in Micro Insurance interventions) that has been inducted as part of the course curriculum in Micro Insurance Institute, London and designed a “value discovery (first of its kind)” tender in insurance.
An avid reader and a keen teacher, he is a visiting faculty for risk management at various institutions and is currently guiding two doctoral students for their Ph D programme.
Swati Kejriwal is a qualified chartered accountant (Fellow member), cost accountant, company secretary and a graduate in law. She is currently one of the managing partners of M/S O.M. Kejriwal & Co, a practicing chartered accountancy firm at Bhubaneshwar. As a managing partner, her major responsibilities include strategic management and business policy, working capital management, project appraisal & finance, tax planning & compliance, company law and risk advisory.
Swati is a multi-faceted professional with expertise spanning several areas including direct taxation, risk & legal advisory services and other management consultancy areas, apart from being a qualified trainer in GST.
During her illustrious career, she was decorated with several awards and accolades. Apart from being felicitated by the Chief Minister of Odisha for topping the Company Secretary ship exam in 2009, she was also felicitated by other professional bodies and social organizations for her stupendous achievements. In addition to her practice, she is currently serving as a visiting faculty for several renowned institutions such as Xaviers Institute of Management, International Management Institute, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Mr. P.K Mishra is a post graduate in commerce and a graduate in law. He is a practicing advocate, since 1996 with jurisdiction covering high court, tribunal and appellate courts. With an impeccable expertise and experience in all indirect taxation matters, he has successfully handled several major legal assignments during his long and an illustrious career. Apart from being a member of the Bihar Bar Council, Patna, he is also serving as a general secretary of the Bihar Commercial Tax Bar Association. Earlier he was the ex-government panel advocate for Commercial Tax Tribunal, Bihar.
Pinaki Chakrabarty is a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate Member of other renowned professional bodies such as CMA (USA), ACCA (UK) and AICSI (UK). He is also SAP and PMP certified, apart from being a distinguished alumnus of IIM – Kolkata and UC Berkeley – California. He is currently one of the founders and designated partners of FICANO ADVISORY, LLP.
Pinaki is a dynamic and a multi-faceted professional with experience spanning across several domains, which include fund raising (debt/equity), business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, accounting in domestic & international GAAP, risk management system/management audit, domestic & international taxation and SAP implementation.
Earlier, he was associated with National Cement Share Company as CFO for over 23 years, rendering his valuable services in both India and abroad. Prior to that, he was associated with several multi-national and domestic companies including NCSC, ACC Limited (Holcim), Reliance (ADAG Group), ABG Group and Coca Cola in several key positions.
Joydeep Dutta is a management graduate from NIM, Mumbai, apart from being a distinguished alumnus of IIM-C. He is currently one of the founders and designated partners of FICANO ADVISORY, LLP.
Joydeep is an illustrated banking professional with over 18+years of experience, spanning across several domains including retail banking, trade forex, corporate banking, strategic planning and credit & risk analysis.
